About the Role Join a commercial real estate practice in Seattle representing institutional investors, developers, and private equity clients. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 4–6 years of experience handling acquisitions, financings, leasing, and development transactions, with hybrid work flexibility. Responsibilities Advise institutional investors, developers, and private equity clients on commercial real estate transactions. Structure and execute acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions involving multiple asset classes. Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, loan documents, and related transaction documents. Conduct and manage title, survey, zoning, and other real estate due diligence. Counsel clients on development projects from entitlement through project completion. Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas to support complex transactions. Assist clients with ongoing operational real estate matters, including lease amendments and tenant-related issues. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school with strong academic credentials. 4–6 years of commercial real estate experience at a nationally recognized law firm. Experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and commercial leasing transactions. Admission to the bar in the state of the preferred office location or ability to become admitted promptly. Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and written and verbal communication skills.
