We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive school team in Janesville, Wisconsin . This is an exciting opportunity to help students develop the skills they need to succeed both academically and functionally within the school environment.

Position Overview

As a School-Based Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with students, educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success through individualized therapy services and evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state requirements
• Support students with fine motor, sensory, self-help, and functional skill development

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Wisconsin OT license (or ability to obtain)
• School-based experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
