What You'll Do

• Screen, evaluate, and develop treatment plans for patients with physical disorders or wounds
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities
• Use assistive devices to support patient mobility and recovery
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Provide education, counseling, and support to patients, families, and caregivers
• Support supervision of rehab aides and students
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

What You Need

• Active Physical Therapist license in MA
• Prior experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred
• Strong communication skills and patient-focused approach
• Knowledge of sterile procedures and documentation standards
