Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area. The Commercial Escrow Assistant plays a critical role in supporting a fast‑paced commercial escrow operation, ensuring transactions move smoothly from opening to closing. This position requires exceptional organization, accuracy, and follow‑through, with an emphasis on providing an elevated client experience in a high‑volume environment. In this role, you will manage documentation, maintain electronic escrow files, coordinate with internal and external parties, and uphold all company and regulatory compliance standards. You’ll assist with multi‑party complex commercial transactions, track key milestones, and proactively communicate with clients, brokers, lenders, attorneys, and team members to keep every deal moving forward.
