Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health concerns of individuals, which may include administering diagnostic screenings and exploring psychiatric histories to create tailored treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' specific goals, demonstrating a thorough understanding of their challenges and monitoring their progress over time.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid mental health counseling license, including one of the following: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
