Physician Recruiter

Job Requirements Summary Sources and recruits qualified physician candidates and develops recruitment plans. Responsibilities Screens potential candidates, assessing their background to determine compatibility. Coordinates short and long-term sourcing, recruitment and retention plans, and advertising. Identifies targeted physicians using effective recruitment methods. Identifies knowledge, skills and abilities needed by the hiring department. Presents opportunities to candidates for assigned specialties. Provides candidate with critical principles that describe potential life-long career opportunities. Develops promotional materials and implements strategic initiatives. Minimum Qualifications Minimum Required Education: High school diploma/GED. Preferred: Bachelor's degree. Required Licensure/Certification: None required. Minimum Experience: 1 year of related experience. Skills Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
