Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, both in-office and within community settings.

• Provide assessments, among diverse populations, that cater to individual client needs while utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, service plans, and outcomes in compliance with both local and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client base for this role consists of individuals managing serious mental health conditions and severe emotional difficulties, many of whom are in critical need of supportive services in our hospice settings. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• Current LCSW licensure in the state of New Jersey.
