Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Active Tennessee LCSW license or eligibility for licensure within 90 days of hire.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in providing therapy in an outpatient or hospice setting.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed approaches.

• Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and development of tailored treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 per year, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, generous paid time off, and continuing education support.
