Are you passionate about this work? • Assist with Accounts Receivable activities, including preparing customer invoices and following up on outstanding payments. • Code daily invoices and ensure transactions are recorded to the correct accounts. • Support Project Managers and Plant Personnel with job cost tracking and help ensure jobs are closed accurately. • Assist with month-end close processes, including preparing journal entries and reviewing expenses. • Review monthly expenses and help identify discrepancies or unusual variances. • Prepare basic journal entries and maintain organized supporting documentation. • Help gather documentation and provide support during internal and external audits. • Maintain fixed asset records and assist with tracking construction-in-progress (CIP). • Process customer purchase orders, enter sales orders, and assist with customer billing. • Provide general administrative and accounting support to the Sales and Operations teams. BS in Accounting or Finance preferred or equivalent years of experience 3-5 years’ experience in finance and accounting Extensive working knowledge of ERP/MRP manufacturing systems, Syteline preferred Prior Manufacturing experience Strong computer skills, specifically Excel and Word Good written and oral communications skills Must be a proven hands-on team player driven to meet company goals Detail orientated with good analytical skills Percentage Completion Accounting experience preferred What’s in it for you?
