Start Date: Flexible upon agreement

End Date/Duration: Permanent

Shift: Typical clinic hours plus shared call schedule

Hours/week: Full-time

License/Certs: Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN

Experience: Recent graduates or experienced practitioners encouraged to apply

Pay & Benefits

Salary: Starting at $425,000 annually, with additional productivity incentives

Signing Bonus: $75,000

Residency/Fellowship Stipend: $2,000/month

Student Loan Assistance: Up to $125,000 paid over 6 years

What You'll Do

Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care in outpatient and inpatient settings

Manage prenatal, delivery, postnatal, and gynecologic patient care

Conduct hospital rounds; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Utilize advanced technology including ultrasound, colposcopy, urodynamics, and robotic surgery

Document all clinical activities accurately and thoroughly

Mentor advanced practice providers and support staff

Participate in quality improvement and community outreach efforts

Engage in continuous professional development

What You Need

Valid medical license in Missouri

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology

Strong clinical skills with a compassionate approach

Ability to work collaboratively within a team

Experience with surgical procedures and advanced diagnostics preferred but not required
