A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR As an Automotive Service Advisor, you arrive each day determined to take excellent care of our customers while achieving sales goals. You guide them through their elected services, acting as the main point of contact between them and our auto technicians. Following a service review conducted on their vehicle, you advise customers on tires, brakes, and other recommended services in a way that is easy to understand. You help them to make decisions by expertly explaining benefits, costs, and product features. Your ability to make connections and build trust is essential to gaining repeat business.
