Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and crisis intervention strategies, particularly for clients facing challenges related to substance abuse, trauma, and domestic violence.

• Facilitate connections between clients and community-based resources, connecting them to support services that enhance their overall health.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation, including medical histories, treatment progress, and outcome measurements.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to discuss client progress and share insights on psychosocial stressors, contributing to comprehensive care strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in California.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in providing mental health counseling to clients with diverse needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
