We’re seeking an experienced lawn & landscape maintenance professional with proven leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional property care. As our Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader, you’ll lead our Landscape Maintenance Apprentice(s) in delivering award-winning landscape maintenance, lawn mowing, lawn care, irrigation maintenance, and seasonal cleanups across the Onalaska area. Purpose Lead your Landscape Maintenance Crew by managing daily operations, developing team skills, and ensuring safe, efficient, high‑quality landscape maintenance, lawn mowing, lawn care, irrigation, and seasonal cleanup services. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage landscape maintenance crews across residential and commercial properties Plan and execute daily service routes for maximum efficiency and quality Train, mentor, and develop crew members on proper techniques and safety protocols Operate jobsite tools and machinery safely and proficiently Maintain clean and organized jobsites based on company standards Ensure quality control on all maintenance services and address customer concerns Participate in leadership development and performance reviews with management Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and project managers Manage equipment maintenance and coordinate with other divisions as needed Required Qualifications 2‑5 years of professional landscape maintenance, lawn care, or grounds management experience Proven leadership experience managing and developing maintenance crews Ability to perform physical labor including lifting 50+ lbs, walking extended distances, and standing for extended periods Strong safety awareness and commitment to protocols, especially around equipment operation Reliable attendance and punctuality Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills Team‑oriented with proven ability to lead and develop others Valid driver’s license required Training & Development Ongoing leadership development and professional training Regular performance reviews and growth planning sessions Mentorship opportunities to develop future crew leaders Advancement path toward senior leadership roles Reporting Structure Reports to Landscape Operations Manager with regular check‑ins Base Pay: up to $35/hour based on experience Sign‑On Bonus: up to $2,500 Health, dental, and vision insurance Up to 4 weeks paid time off (PTO) annually Profit sharing program Award‑winning company culture Strong community reputation Work Environment Outdoor jobsites in various weather conditions.
