Operations Administrator

Position Overview Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Operations Administrator for a growth-oriented construction company located in San Diego, California. The ideal candidate will have a background in operations and administrative roles within the construction industry, with a keen ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day tasks, including answering phones, following up on emails, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to the team. Enter and update change orders and work orders into the database. Assist with payroll; experience with certified payroll is a plus. Perform other administrative tasks as required. Qualifications 2+ years of administrative experience in the construction field. Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, adaptable, and capable of multitasking. Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and documentation. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong proficiency in Excel and knowledge of pivot tables. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledgeable of the San Diego area. Work Hours Monday through Friday Benefits This position offers a temporary-to-hire opportunity, providing the potential for long-term growth and development within the company. Additional Details Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour The role is 100% onsite in San Diego, California.
