Job Description Empower Field is the home of the Denver Broncos and a wide variety of concerts and specialty events! Our grill cooks are responsible for cooking the different foods items a concession stand has to offer. Our Steward Supervisor is a highly prized employee, taking on the important task of leading the team in maintaining cleanliness of dishes, equipment, and the environments we work in. Alongside a manager who will help coordinate and lead operations, you will oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and assist with orchestrating the actions that lead to the success of Coors Field. Our ideal candidate is an individual that is reliable, prompt, and has the ability to multi-task as our kitchens are the beating heart of our operation. The ability to work holidays, overtime, late nights and/or weekends as needed is strongly preferred. This position is considered an Hourly/ Seasonal/ Part-Time Employee Position Type: Scheduling for this position will be managed through a flex workforce app, ReadyOn, in which shifts will be assigned to you. There are no minimum guaranteed hours per week, and hours will not exceed an average of 25 hours per week annually. Compensation Data COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $23.43 to $23.43. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. Job Responsibilities * Lead all aspects of the dishwasher roles * Schedule and assign daily work activities to staff and supervise the completion of tasks * Maintain all relevant logs consistently and accurately, including but not limited to: sanitizer concentration, machine sanitizing temperature, temperature probe logs, etc. * Maintain accurate chemical inventory on a weekly basis * Assist with End-of-Month department inventory * Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitized * Maintain dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas * Ensure equipment is clean and is in working condition; reports any issues to leadership * Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks * Ensure that chemicals and janitorial items are stored in a safe, organized, and hazard-free environment * Supervise Stewards & Lead Stewards; promote employee growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork * Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc. * Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation * Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment during service and at the end of shift * Ensure security of company assets * Accept constructive feedback and provides ideas, concerns to and from leadership * Maintain communication with direct supervisor and Culinary Leadership The above listed bullets do not contain a comprehensive listing of all required activities, duties, or responsibilities. Qualifications * 21 years of age or older (Required) * Previous dishwasher experience (Required) * Previous experience as a shift lead or related role (Required) * TEAM/ServSafe Alcohol Certification (preferred) - will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed) * ServSafe or Food Safety Certification equivalent (Required) - will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed) * Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling of up to 50lbs * Willingness to accept change and new procedures * Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions * Demonstrates basic math and counting skills * Maintains emotional control under stress * Ability to resolve interpersonal situations * Demonstrates effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, meet production/service time schedules, and adapt to necessary and unforeseen changes * Ability to work independently and lead a team with limited to no direct supervision This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
