Customer Service Specialist

This role is fully in-office What You'll Do Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and other communication channels. Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and identify the best solutions. Process customer orders, quotes, and order updates with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Assist customers throughout the purchasing process, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities when appropriate. Handle post-order requests, including returns, replacements, complaints, and shipment delays, ensuring timely resolution. Provide customers with product documentation such as manuals, technical data sheets, and quality certificates. Participate in ongoing product, compliance, and professional development training. Ensure transactions comply with export regulations and applicable security requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
