Client Portfolio Analyst

A well-established global investment manager is seeking a Client Portfolio Associate to join its client coverage and relationship management team. This individual will play a key role in supporting institutional clients, consultants, and internal investment professionals by delivering high-quality service, investment reporting, and portfolio-related communications. The position offers broad exposure to the investment management business and the opportunity to work directly with sophisticated investors across a variety of fixed income and multi-asset strategies. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a day-to-day resource for institutional clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries. Support relationship managers in maintaining and strengthening client relationships through proactive service and communication. Prepare client presentations, portfolio reviews, market commentary materials, and customized reporting packages. Respond to requests regarding portfolio performance, holdings, risk metrics, investment guidelines, and fund-specific information. Coordinate with investment, operations, compliance, and trading teams to gather information and address client needs. Assist with new account onboarding, transitions, account restructurings, and other client lifecycle initiatives. Monitor portfolio cash flows and facilitate communication between client-facing and investment teams. Participate in client meetings, conference calls, and consultant interactions as appropriate. Contribute to long-term relationship management projects and strategic client service initiatives. Maintain a high standard of accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism in all client-facing communications. Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience within asset management, financial services, client service, operations, portfolio support, or a related field. Strong interest in investment management and capital markets; fixed income knowledge is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and build relationships with internal stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience working with investment databases or reporting systems is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
