If youre eager for your next opportunity, Imperial Dade is a great place to take that next step./ppThe Credit Collections role will manage a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure the collection and resolution of past-due customer invoices./ppThis role has an option for a Hybrid schedule and can be based in New Brighton - MN, Detroit - MI or Hazelwood, MO areas./ppPay Range: $27.00 to $29.00 per hour/ppYou will:/pulliManage customer accounts within assigned portfolio (review order holds, collect receivables, monitor risk, assess and analyze creditworthiness)/liliIdentify problem accounts, write-offs/related adjustments and lead work until resolution/liliProvide impactful, proactive action plans via frequent monitoring of past due percentages/liliNegotiate payment arrangements and create strategic action plans to enhance cash flow timeliness/liliCollaborate with the Business Operations and Cash Applications teams to resolve open credits refunds/liliManage compliance with required internal controls and departmental procedures/liliMaintain portfolio to support functional metrics (past due percentage, average days past due, days sales outstanding, etc.)/li/ulpYou have:/pulli5+ years of B2B collections work experience and sound knowledge of the order-to-cash process/liliBachelors degree in accounting or finance preferred, not required/liliAbility to quickly build rapport with customers externally and stakeholders internally/liliProficient in Microsoft Office; Excel (VLookups)/li/ulpAbout Imperial Dade!/ppWe offer a dynamic environment for our more than 7,500 employees to work, learn, and grow professionally.
