Description HR COORDINATOR-HIRING AND RECRUITING GENERAL SUMMARY The employment coordinator is responsible for providing support services to all team members. This person will efficiently and effectively fill open positions in hourly plant staffing through the recruiting processes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Recruiting and hiring candidates to fulfill positions based on labor reports, staffing needs, and operations communication. Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements. Assisting pre-hires in filling out their paperwork. Enter and dispositions all applicant applications into Jobvite. Tracks the hourly requisitions in Jobvite. Conducts interviews for all openings for production positions. Maintains and distributes current employee information, policy and procedure manuals, and other communications as appropriate. Screening applications and scheduling interviews. Creates new hires personnel files and files them. Pulls employees term files including I-9 and background checks, and fills them in the correct logs. Complies with related federal and state regulations and laws, and company policies and procedures. Follows the employment hiring process. Follows up with new hires on the production floor. EDUCATION High school diploma. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Requires a minimum of 1 year of recruiting/hiring experience. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel) required. SAP knowledge. Bilingual.
