Sr. Client Service & Product Support

Senior Client Service & Product Support Specialist -- Tax. In this role, you will provide consistent, high-quality tax service to ADP clients. In addition to tax deposits and filing, you will serve as ADP’s front‑line for solving clients’ challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, and helping clients. Depending on your specific team or role, you will provide support using phone, email, or chat-based communication. What you’ll do Be the Tax Expert. Assist clients with tax deposits and filing. Manage inquiries from state and federal agencies. Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver. Use a breadth of expertise to help ADP’s clients solve problems by taking a broad perspective to resolve issues and provide solutions. Build Relationships. Build relationships with clients using phone, email, and/or chat, striving to exceed client expectations in every interaction. Hold yourself to the highest ethical standards and live ADP’s core value of "Integrity is Everything." Leverage your ADP product & services knowledge to provide solutions to issues and questions, and help build client understanding around our products’ value. Turn client input into recommendations for ADP leadership on best practices and solutions training. Demonstrate Client Focus. Place a strong focus on client satisfaction. Assist clients to troubleshoot and resolve payroll and tax issues in a timely and professional manner. To succeed in this role You have at least four years of client service and/or call center experience OR a minimum of six years of Insurance/Financial Institution experience. Over the phone and in writing, your communication style is clear and easy for our clients to understand and act on. You must communicate quickly to summarize a problem and explain a solution. You must be proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, and possess excellent analytical and time‑management skills. A college degree is great but not required. Other acceptable experience includes military experience. Bonus points for these At least three years of Payroll Tax experience is preferred.
