Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs, social determinants, and specific treatment goals for promoting recovery.

• Provide individualized one-on-one counseling sessions to clients, skillfully addressing a range of mental health and psychosocial issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that not only address common mental health concerns but also build community support networks and deliver psychoeducational information to enhance client wellness.

• Develop, implement, and modify personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, ensuring alignment with clients' evolving needs and measurable goals.

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques when necessary, conducting risk assessments, creating safety plans, and coordinating with emergency resources to manage acute client situations effectively.

• Act as an advocate for clients, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to navigate an often-complicated healthcare and social services landscape.

• Maintain precise and confidential records of client interactions, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes, adhering to all legal and ethical standards in documentation.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, Aurora Behavioral Health Center provides a sign-on bonus for new hires.
