Part-Time Receptionist

Al Packer Ford is looking for a friendly, dependable Part-Time Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers during evenings and weekends. If you enjoy helping people, have a positive attitude, and are looking for a flexible part-time opportunity, we'd love to meet you.

Schedule

• Evening shifts
• Saturdays and Sundays
• Rotating Saturdays available (we're happy to accommodate occasional Saturdays off when possible)

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer incoming multi-line telephone calls and direct callers to the appropriate department or team member.
• Provide basic information and assist customers as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Perform light administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
• Represent the dealership with professionalism and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Comfortable answering a multi-line phone system.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work independently in a welcoming, customer-focused environment during evening and weekend hours.
• Previous customer service or receptionist experience is a plus, but not required.
