Shift: 5p-8p Monday - Friday

$15-$20 commensurate with experience

Job Summary:

North Lake Care Center is seeking a per diem Receptionist to join our team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Lake Park, Florida. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, families, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming environment. Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors, residents, and families in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and manage mail and package deliveries
• Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both manual and electronic
• Assist with scheduling and coordination of appointments and meetings
• Provide administrative support to the facility's staff and management team
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including the waiting room and surrounding areas
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed
