Responsibilities Build strong relationships with existing customers and prospect new ones in your territory. Independently manage existing customers and prospecting activity. Present, negotiate, and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Process and review dealer orders, requests, and system‑generated acknowledgements using computer skills. Perform any other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum age 18. Valid driver’s license required if operating a company vehicle. 3–5 years of successful outside sales experience. Knowledge of the general contractor and building industry preferred. Understanding of commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science a plus. Comprehension of construction drawings. Travel & Physical Requirements Travel within a 250‑mile radius, with up to 75% overnight requirements. Prolonged standing and repetitive motions (bending, stooping, pushing, pulling). Good hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Benefits Competitive base and commission package.
