Happy Vitals is hiring a per diem Nurse Practitioner or Medical Doctor to support skilled nursing and assisted living facilities across the NYC metro area, with a primary focus in Queens. 2–4 shifts per month with flexible scheduling Competitive per-patient compensation based on experience and volume Collaborative, supportive clinical environment What you'll do: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams Develop and manage treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians Review labs, diagnostics, and patient histories Coordinate care with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams Support chronic condition management and patient/family education Document accurately in EMR Who we're looking for: Active, unrestricted NP or MD license in New York Experience in post-acute, geriatrics, or primary care preferred — strong clinicians eager to learn are welcome Solid clinical judgment, communication, and adaptability Comfortable with EMR; telehealth or remote monitoring experience a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Happy Vitals
