Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gauge clients' mental health issues, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans based on their goals and needs.

• Provide effective therapy sessions (individual, group, and family) using popular evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Respond to acute psychological emergencies by delivering crisis intervention and support, ensuring the safety and stabilization of clients in distress.

• Maintain detailed, confidential documentation regarding client interactions, treatment plans, and progress reviews, in line with ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care providers—to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues and treatment options, empowering them with knowledge about available community resources and advocating for their needs.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and peer supervision to stay abreast of the latest best practices in mental health therapy.

You will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Active license in Massachusetts as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, coupled with the ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.

• Proficiency in working independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

While we are open to candidates with various levels of experience, previous tenure in a clinical setting is preferred. Familiarity with telehealth practices and electronic health record systems (EHR) will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
