PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently achieved.


This role is responsible for coordinating production crews, managing shift performance, and fostering a culture built on teamwork, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


• Drive daily production operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and meeting production targets.


• Coordinate crew assignments while actively reviewing production schedules, customer orders, and shift priorities to keep operations running smoothly and effectively.


• Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), including safety, quality, environmental compliance, and operational efficiency, to support continuous improvement and strong results.


• Ensure quality standards are consistently met by verifying inspection processes and supporting corrective actions when necessary.


• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that enhance productivity, efficiency, quality, and employee engagement.


• Train, develop, and onboard new employees while supporting the ongoing development of existing team members.


QUALIFICATIONS


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical/practical experience


• Minimum 2 years production supervisory experience in manufacturing (required)


• Ability to confidently prioritize tasks, make sound decisions, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing production environment.


• Proactive, goal-driven mindset with a strong enthusiasm for learning, growth, and continuous improvement.
