• Conduct comprehensive assessments and therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client needs, ensuring the highest standard of personalized treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population that includes individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding clients through their healing journeys, harnessing evidence-based practices to tailor your treatment approaches effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Demonstrated ability to establish a private and confidential virtual work environment.

• Knowledge of regulations and background requirements pertinent to mental health care.

• Familiarity with mental health and substance abuse diagnoses.

• Comfortable utilizing various technology platforms, including telehealth software and digital communication tools, throughout the day.

Preferred Experience\n

While the essential qualifications focus on licensure and education, preference will be given to candidates with experience in utilizing evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other recognized methodologies. Candidates with a proven track record of independently working with clients to achieve quantifiable results will excel in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
