Position Overview Anderson Lock & Safe is seeking a hands-onAccounting Managerto elevate and strengthen our financial operations as we continue rapid expansion. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a deep understanding of small-business operations, and the ability to manage and mentor a growing accounting team. The Controller will oversee daily accounting functions, and lead a team of six. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a meaningful impact within a scaling organization. Key Responsibilities Hands on role in daily accounting operations, including general ledger, A/R, A/P Lead budgeting meetings Maintain and enhance internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures Partner with ownership and department leaders to provide financial insights and decision-support Support inventory tracking, costing, and reporting Oversee payroll operations Expense Reduction or Cost Cutting Produce KPI’s and Data Analysis on the key metrics of the company Evaluate and implement accounting systems, process improvements, and automation opportunities Provide leadership, coaching, and development for the accounting team Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and CRM systems Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills HR Experience is preferred Service Titan experience is a plus!
