Looking for a Receptionist in Everett, WA. Are you an enthusiastic extrovert with a strong work ethic, 6+ years experience, and MS Office/Zoom mastery? Join Our Client, a global leader redefining aerospace through innovation, and help us build a connected future!

• Serve as the welcoming, public-facing point of contact by greeting visitors, answering calls, responding to emails, and coordinating guest arrivals with their hosts.

• Partner with security leadership to manage visitor forms, issue access/escorted badges, grant WiFi permissions, and facilitate access setups for new hires.

• Oversee conference room reservations, arrange catering for meetings and events, and efficiently receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail.

• Perform essential daily clerical duties including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning utilizing MS Office, Zoom, and task-specific online systems.
