Family Law Firm Paralegal

Compensation range: $60,000–$80,000/year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits About the Role Our firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our team and support our matrimonial and family law practice. This is a hands-on role for a detail-driven professional who can manage a busy caseload, work directly with attorneys and clients, and keep complex matters moving from intake through resolution. What You'll Do Draft, format, and file family law pleadings, motions, and correspondence Prepare financial affidavits, mandatory disclosures, and marital settlement agreements Manage case files, deadlines, and court calendars; ensure timely filings via the Florida e-filing Portal Coordinate service of process, subpoenas, and discovery requests and responses Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and vendors Assist attorneys with hearing, mediation, and trial preparation, including exhibit and binder assembly Maintain accurate time records and support billing as needed What We’re Looking For 3–6 years of family law paralegal experience (Florida experience strongly preferred) Working knowledge of the Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure and family court processes Proficiency with e-filing (Florida Courts ePortal) and case management software Strong command of financial disclosure documents and settlement agreement preparation Polished, client-ready professionalism Exceptional organization, accuracy, and the ability to juggle competing deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Teams) Paralegal certificate, A.S., or B.A./B.S. preferred Why Join Us Competitive salary with room to grow Health, dental, and vision insurance available (firm subsidized) Excellent paid time off and paid holidays Collaborative, professional team environment Opportunity to work on sophisticated family law matters alongside experienced attorneys We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and value diversity in our workforce. #J-18808-Ljbffr Schwartz Sladkus Reich Greenberg Atlas LLP
