The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-volume restaurants, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: * Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining high-quality food, service, and ambiance. * Lead and manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance. * Hire, train, and mentor staff to build a motivated and effective team. * Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability. * Monitor and control inventory, budgets, and costs to achieve financial goals. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. * Foster a positive work environment and uphold company values and standards. * Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and efficiently.
