Job Location US:WI:MENOMONEE FALLS at Froedtert Men Falls Hospital facility. Work Setting On-site. Full-time, 1.000000 FTE. Standard Hours: 40.00. Shift Details Monday - Friday, 15:00 - 23:30. Includes weekend and holiday rotations. Shift: 2nd. Job Summary Under general supervision performs processing and set‑up of surgical instrument trays, maintaining correct sterilization parameters; builds surgical case carts using surgeon's preference lists; processes and distributes supplies and equipment required by Surgery, Nursing and Distribution for patient treatment. Maintains certification, monitors, instructs and mentors non‑certified staff. Other duties as assigned. Experience 1 year of hospital experience in sterile processing is preferred. Education High School diploma or equivalent is required. Licensure Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) from IAHCSMM or Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT) from CBSPD is required. Training Specialized training minimum 6 months – 2 years.
