Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
\n
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that encompass clear, achievable goals and interventions aligned with best practices in mental health care.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive holistic and coordinated care.

• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions, performing risk assessments and safety planning as necessary to ensure clients’ well-being.
\n
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Organize and lead psychoeducational workshops, group therapy sessions, and support groups that encourage community and peer support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on serving a broad spectrum of clients dealing with various mental health issues, including depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and other psychosocial challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
