Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst

To support a growing practice, the full-time Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst will develop, monitor, and oversee ABA treatment plans while providing direct clinical supervision to behavior technicians and mid-level Case Supervisors, with a flexible work arrangement that allows for 75% remote work. Key responsibilities Develop, monitor, and update client programs monthly, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as assigned Provide monthly supervision to behavior technicians and ensure compliance with training hour requirements Write and submit progress reports to the Clinical Director while maintaining communication with staff and addressing concerns promptly Required qualifications Minimum of a Master's degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field Must be BCBA-certified or hold qualified licensed healthcare professional status according to state regulations Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis is preferred Experience developing behavior reduction goals and behavior-analytic skill acquisition plans is preferred Commitment to upholding the company's mission and vision to the community
