Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote LCSW, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments of patients’ emotional and mental health needs, ensuring that care plans are tailored to individual circumstances.

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring person-centered treatment plans aimed at fostering recovery and coping mechanisms.

• Providing empathetic and ethical counseling services, utilizing video conferencing technology and digital tools to maintain rapport with patients.

• Regularly reassessing patients' treatment needs and adapting therapy modalities accordingly to enhance effectiveness.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for patients and their families.

• Documenting patient progress and treatment interventions in our secure electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve are primarily adults facing terminal illnesses, along with their families, who may seek support in managing existential distress, grief, and loss. You will utilize your clinical skills to provide a safe space for them to express their feelings and navigate challenges, ultimately contributing to their emotional well-being during a critical time in their lives.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Possession of a Master's degree or higher in Social Work , Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) . Candidates should include their license number and state when applying.

• Independently licensed to practice without supervision, demonstrating the ability to make clinical decisions in an autonomous manner.

• No disciplinary actions on record with licensing boards.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a sympathetic nature.

• Proficient in using technology with stable high-speed internet for remote consultations.

Preferred Experience\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
