Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform regular wellness checks by assessing clients' mental health status through phone calls and virtual sessions, ensuring their progress aligns with treatment goals.

• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards, including maintaining accurate and timely documentation of services provided.

• Provide additional clinical support and coverage for other team members when necessary, ensuring uninterrupted care for clients.

• Communicate effectively with the Utilization Review Department and Business Department regarding authorization processes and billing procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Facilitate community engagement by connecting clients to local resources, such as support groups, educational programs, and mental health services, to enhance their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our detox center serves a diverse client population, including adults struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health challenges. You will provide individualized support tailored to clients from various backgrounds, ensuring they receive the holistic care needed for successful recovery. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, which is commensurate with your caseload and experience.
