Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ social, emotional, and environmental challenges, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop tailored service plans.

• Deliver individual and family counseling via telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe and supportive space where clients can discuss their challenges and develop coping strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention, including risk assessments and safety planning, to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, closely collaborating with other professionals as necessary.

• Engage clients in the development of personalized service plans that include specific goals and measurable interventions, while continuously monitoring their progress.

• Work collaboratively with community resources and allied agencies to facilitate access to necessary support services, such as housing, medical treatment, and rehabilitation programs.

• Take part in community outreach activities to create awareness of detox services offered and to promote agency initiatives that benefit those in need.

• Participate in regular case conferences and team meetings to share insights and strategies with peers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
