In this role, you will:

• Lead end-to-end integration of acquired companies into SAP ECC.
• Manage the roadmap and execution for SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Assess and redesign business processes, including Make-to-Order and Make-to-Stock operations.
• Oversee data cleansing, migration, governance, and system cutover activities.
• Drive standardization and streamline processes using SAP best practices.
• Identify and retire legacy customizations replaced by SAP S/4HANA functionality.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, training, and organizational change initiatives, including SAP Fiori adoption.
• Manage cross-functional teams, business leaders, and implementation partners.

Who You Are:

• 10+ years of SAP Program Management experience.
• Deep experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• Proven success leading ERP integrations following acquisitions.
• Strong background in manufacturing, supply chain, and business process transformation.
• Experience with data migration, master data governance, and change management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PgMP, or SAP certifications preferred.
