Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patients' unique needs and develop tailored treatment plans based on best practices.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including solution-focused and narrative therapy, to support patients through their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate, detailed clinical records in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards, ensuring timely updates to patient information.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to ensure coordinated care across disciplines.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them with the knowledge to engage in their recovery process.

• Stay abreast of current research and developments in the field of social work and mental health, attending workshops and training sessions as needed for continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse individuals enrolled in our detox program, including adolescents and young adults facing substance use challenges and concurrent mental health disorders. Your ability to understand and navigate the nuances of each patient's background will be essential in fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Valid LCSW license in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of three years of clinical experience with a focus on psychotherapy and mental health interventions.

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy techniques and strong clinical assessment skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
