Assist clients with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with clients. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Bilingual Spanish COMPENSATION All positions within the office have a base pay of $40,000 annually. Including commissions, customer service positions can earn up to $70,000 per year and sales positions can earn up to $100,000 per year.
