This role supports accurate production documentation and works closely with a team to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals in a manufacturing environment. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Manufacturing Production Operator (Molding) | Responsibilities: Perform routine production functions including filling, utility operations, packing/packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions under direct supervision Maintain accurate records and logs in accordance with quality and compliance standards (e.g., GMP/ISO-style documentation) Work effectively in a team environment to support department goals and daily production needs Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as assigned Communicate clearly with team members and leads/supervisors Manufacturing Production Operator (Molding) | Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (required) Experience: Manufacturing experience required (1–2 years preferred) Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English and perform basic math calculations Ability to report to work on a regular, punctual basis and work rotating schedules Take the Next Step!
