Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Provide consultation in developing pre-crisis and crisis interventions, as well as positive behavior support plans and medication treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to effectively assess client needs and monitor progress.

• Document clinical interactions clearly and promptly, aligning with established protocols.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive behavioral health services, engaging in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment adjustments.

• Actively support licensing and accreditation processes by maintaining required documentation and quality assurance measures.

• Serve as a liaison with state agencies, community partners, and other service systems to enhance service integration and client access.

Compensation and Benefits\n
