Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments for new clients, sensitively evaluating their particular mental health needs and establishing treatment goals.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methodologies, adapting approaches as therapy progresses to optimize client recovery potential.

• Engage in ongoing evaluation of clients’ progress, making informed recommendations regarding the length and type of interventions required.

• Counsel clients through methods tailored to assist them in overcoming specific emotional and behavioral challenges, including stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest counseling techniques and ethical standards, attending workshops and training sessions to expand your expertise.

• Foster a warm and engaging atmosphere during sessions, encouraging open dialogue and building rapport that promotes trust and comfort.

• Refer clients to specialized mental health providers when necessary, ensuring a comprehensive and collaborative care approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with diverse individuals from various backgrounds, facing a range of emotional and psychological issues. This role requires cultural sensitivity and an understanding of different life experiences to provide the best therapeutic outcomes. Our therapists are often called upon to support adolescents and adults dealing with high-stress environments, trauma, and life transitions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• All state-mandated licenses required for professional counseling practice in Texas must be current and valid.

• Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.

• Experience in customizing treatment to address the unique needs of each client.

Compensation and Benefits\n
