Field Service ManagerAn opportunity to work with a growing company dedicated to providing doctors all across California with services that allow them to focus on patient care and forget the paperwork. The Field Service Manager (FSM) reports to the VP of Operations and is responsible for maintaining accounts and managing the field service techs under their accounts. The FSM's objective is to understand the needs of the practice and acquiring the necessary documents and information that are required to bill accurately. The FSM will communicate with clients via e-mail, text, phone, or face to face. This will vary from client to client therefore excellent communication skills are a must. This position can require up to 40% travel. The FSM is expected to visit his/her accounts on a routine basis to check in with doctors and staff.Primary duties:Monthly status reports for the VP of OperationsKeep detailed records and provide account reports when requested for each accountManage field service techs that are under the assigned accountsTrain new field service techs when necessaryMaintain an accuracy of 90 percent or higher for paperwork of each accountQualifications and Skills:3 or more years of experience in a manager level positionExperienced with training othersSuperior skills working with the Microsoft Office Suite - especially excelExperience working in a healthcare provider's office/hospital, an understanding of Worker's Comp, and medical billing are a plusCompensation: Base Salary + monthly bonus based on accuracy levels for paperwork
