This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing staff, supporting individuals and their families, coordinating services, and ensuring high-quality, person-centered care.Our mission is to provide World Class person-centered services, supports, and advocacy for individuals in positive and life-enriching environments.If you are a compassionate leader who is organized, dependable, and committed to making a difference, we invite you to apply.What You'll DoAs a Field Supervisor, you will provide leadership and oversight to staff while helping ensure individuals receive consistent, safe, and person-centered services.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise, coach, and support direct-care staff and program teams.Provide leadership, staff development, training, and performance improvement.Oversee key services in accordance with Redwood Family Care Network policies and procedures.Build positive relationships with individuals supported and their families, caregivers, and circles of support.Participate in the assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation processes for individuals receiving services.Review referral packets and assist with assessing prospective clients.Coordinate with local Regional Center counselors and other service providers.Maintain accurate and timely documentation and ensure required records are completed.Support families and individuals in understanding and accessing Redwood Family Care Network services.Assist with community outreach and program marketing activities.Monitor service delivery and help ensure quality and compliance.Apply knowledge of Title 17 and Title 22, applicable federal and state regulations, Regional Center requirements, Individual Program Plans (IPPs), and behavior modification programs.Provide support and guidance during challenging situations while maintaining the dignity, rights, health, and safety of the individuals we serve.Participate in an on-call rotation and provide support when needed.What We're Looking ForWe are looking for a responsible and compassionate supervisor who can confidently lead staff while keeping the needs and goals of the individuals we support at the center of their work.Qualifications2 years of experience preferred supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.2 years of experience preferred in Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities services, including SLS, ILS, CIT, and PAS.Bachelor's degree preferred.3–5 years of supervisory experience, preferably supervising approximately 5–30 employees.Must be at least 21 years of age .Valid California Driver's License required.Current First Aid/CPR certification required.CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification within the first 6 months of employment.Must successfully complete all required pre-employment requirements, including a background check.Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively with individuals, families, employees, Regional Centers, and other community partners.Schedule & AvailabilityFull-Time8:00 AM–4:30 PMOccasional weekend availability requiredOn-call responsibilitiesOn-site position; not remotePhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds.Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.Ability to perform the physical requirements necessary to support the individuals served and oversee field operations.Comprehensive BenefitsEligible full-time employees have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including:Medical, Dental & Vision InsuranceLife InsuranceShort-Term Disability (STD)Long-Term Disability (LTD)Hospital Indemnity InsuranceCritical Illness InsuranceAccident InsuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA)Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA)Dependent Care FSAEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Employee Discount ProgramPaid Time Off (PTO)Dayforce Wallet Daily PayPre-Tax 401(k)After-Tax Roth 401(k)Tuition Discount through Capella UniversityOur Commitment to Health & SafetyAt Redwood Family Care Network, the health, safety, dignity, and rights of the individuals we support are our highest priorities.We maintain a zero-tolerance stance toward abuse and neglect .
