Primary Services is actively recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support a prestigious client in a growing industry. This role is a great fit for an experienced recruiting professional who excels in full‑cycle talent acquisition and is ready to partner with hiring leaders to support corporate, operational, technical, and business functions. The selected candidate will work on‑site Monday through Thursday near the French Quarter and have the opportunity to contribute to a fast‑paced recruiting environment within a large company. Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and pre‑employment processes. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, position requirements, qualifications, and hiring timelines. Develop, update, and post job descriptions across job boards, social media platforms, and recruiting channels. Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruitment methods. Review resumes and applications to identify candidates aligned with position requirements. Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate experience, qualifications, compensation expectations, availability, and work authorization. Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with detailed candidate summaries and recommendations. Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and maintain communication throughout the hiring process. Support offer preparation, delivery, negotiation, and acceptance processes. Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and community engagement initiatives. Utilize recruiting data and metrics to improve sourcing strategies and hiring processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience. Experience managing recruitment processes from sourcing through onboarding support. Experience recruiting for corporate, operational, technical, or utility‑related positions is preferred. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft Office Suite, and social media recruiting tools. Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and online recruiting platforms. Knowledge of interview processes, candidate evaluation methods, and recruitment best practices.
