Job Responsibilities

The position will be responsible for satisfying the service requests of the internal client under the direct direction and supervision of the Utilities Supervisor with the aim of:

Ensuring the operation of utilities and the availability of services; Coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance tasks; Managing the suppliers that perform maintenance and other services; And complying with the requirements of safety, hygiene and GMP standards.

Responsibilities:

• Preventive maintenance and administration of spare parts under the direct direction and supervision of the Utilities Supervisor:
• Ensuring compliance with preventive maintenance plans, corrective maintenance tasks and proper service from suppliers.
• Coordinating and supervising service providers by establishing direction based on priorities.
• Ensuring the development, implementation and compliance of maintenance and equipment operation procedures.
• Issuing, processing and controlling work orders, following compliance metrics.
• Review, analysis and filing of executed work orders.
• Tracking and control of spare parts.
• Permanent calculation of preventive maintenance metrics.
• Coordinating and managing general plant services.
• Coordinating and attending to emergency and/or urgent situations in the operation.

• Administration of work requests and corrective maintenance under the direct direction and supervision of the Utilities Supervisor:
• Evaluation and coordination of work requests.
• Coordination and follow-up of third-party work.

• Operation of the intelligent building management system under the direct direction and supervision of the Utilities Supervisor:
• Reviewing operating parameters and evaluating alarms.
• Checking the operation of air treatment units, air extractors
• Ensuring the compilation and maintenance of the technical reports archive.

• Purchases (services, supplies, spare parts, minor projects) under the direct direction and supervision of the Utilities Supervisor:
• Developing specifications and providing technical support to purchase management.
• Specification of materials and services. Request for spare parts, loading of purchase requests and invoices.
• Supplier attention (on-site, by mail, telephone).
• Follow-up of purchase orders, receipt of materials and claims.
