Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe and efficient age-specific nursing care to patients and their families. This role will involve utilizing the nursing process to assist patients in attaining, maintaining, regaining, and sustaining optimal health status.

What You Will Do

Implement the nursing process by delivering effective relationship-based nursing care.
Demonstrate technical skills in care delivery that ensure safe practice and favorable care outcomes.
Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively to optimize patient care and clinical operations.
Engage in self-development and contribute to the professional practice of nursing.
Exhibit leadership that influences optimal clinical and operational outcomes.

Additional Responsibilities

Perform other duties as assigned.
Comply with all policies and standards.
Adhere to requirements for securely maintaining Protected Health Information (PHI) for patients.

Qualifications

Must possess at least two years of Level 3 or 4 Labor and Delivery experience.
Required certifications: BLS and NRP.
Current, valid nursing license required.

Unit Description

Join our Level 4 Labor and Delivery Recovery (LDR) Unit, which features:

17 delivery rooms
4 operating rooms
8 triage beds
