Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Performing comprehensive patient assessments to identify mental health needs, employing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Developing individualized treatment plans that take into account the diverse cultural backgrounds and specific needs of each patient, ensuring approaches are tailored accordingly.

• Maintaining accurate, timely documentation of treatment records, reports, and clinical information through electronic health record systems while adhering to regulatory requirements.
